It’s like buying your kids drugs so they don’t have to buy them at the corner. Parents set a certain path they want their kids to walk on. Some parents set back up options for their kids. Like, us in case they don’t agree with what I tell them, I’ll help them go against my rules. Like, no.  

the-stories-that-mattered replied to your post: As a regular parent, your job is supposedly to condone safe-sex. But as a Christian parent, your job is to condone abstinence and if your child doesn’t want to listen to that, then they have to pay the consequences.

So because your child doesn’t want to live YOUR way, you’re going to let them live with the possibility of getting pregnant and having a child or getting an STD at such a young age? Christian or not, a parents is there to guide their children.
